FAQ

What are dietitian sessions like?

Each session is individualized based on your needs. We’ll spend lots of time discussing the foods you’re currently eating and adjustments that may be beneficial. We may also talk through your past diet and weight loss history, exercise/movement, body image, self-care, or something else that you are needing.

How many sessions will we have?

The answer varies from client to client. I typically work with clients anywhere from 6 weeks to several months. Think of nutrition counseling like any other therapeutic relationship – it can be a long-term commitment.

What’s the investment?

Initial consultations are 75 minutes and 150$. Follow-up sessions are 55 minutes and 125$.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost, which will be provided upon intake into the practice.

How often will we meet?

We'll typically meet weekly or bi-weekly to start. This frequency allows me to complete a thorough assessment to fully understand your history and current challenges. Meeting regularly also benefits you, the client, as it helps you prioritize meaningful change and keep nutrition top of mind. Over time, we may begin to space out sessions as you feel more confident.

Who do you work with?

I keep inclusivity and accessibility at the core of my practice values.

Do you take insurance?
