Here’s How it Works
1 - Schedule a Free Consultation Call
This is a 20 minute phone call designed for us to get to know one another better! It is a space for us to address any questions or concerns that you might have about the practice, and for us to talk more about what you’re looking to get out of nutrition counseling. Please make sure you have reviewed the “FAQ” portion on the website prior to our call.
2 - Complete the Intake paperwork
You will have access to my platform, Practice Better, where you have access to all of your forms and any shared documents that I provide in our work together. I require the paperwork to be completed prior to our first appointment.
3 - Deep dive into your food and body story
Time for your first appointment! We will take a deep dive into your nutritional history. This is for me to better understand the concerns you are presenting with, the barriers you are facing, and the work we want to accomplish together.
4 - The work!
Follow-up sessions are where the magic really happens. We will meet 1:1 for nutrition and body image counseling. We work on what you need, and leave the rest behind!

Intake Assessment
175$
During the first meeting, I will do a full 60 to 90-minute medical nutrition therapy assessment to get to know YOU - your medical history, mental health history, food preferences, culture & background, social environment, and more. This is the time for me to get to know you and what you are hoping to achieve in working together.
Follow-Up Assessment
130$
Follow-up visits are where real progress takes shape. These are 55-minute sessions. We will explore your relationship with food, body, and movement in further detail. We might spend our time meal planning, having a snack together, debunking nutrition myths, or something else entirely — it is all based on your individualized needs.
